A place to play on a great home course, compete, hone your game and make friends

The Corpus Christi Country Club has a long history of golf on the Coastal Bend and is a place where you can compete at the highest levels, improve your game no matter what level, make friends and have fun.

Members will find many activities to enjoy while at the club. Many club sponsored events range from two person scrambles, two person best ball, the fall Member/Member and Men’s Member Guest called The Burke Cup. The Burke Cup is named after long time Corpus Christi Country Club Head PGA Golf Professional Tommy Burke.

In addition, the Men’s Golf Association has weekly, monthly games with social activities. The Women’s Golf Association has golf activities based on fun so that all women are welcome.
Members have many ways to improve their game through Workshops, Player Academies and Individual Lessons. Workshops have different topics on short game or fulls swing. The CCCC Junior Golf Academy and Ladies Golf Academy are both powered by Operation 36. The Operation 36 curriculum is based on helping players shoot 36 or less on 9 holes. Players start at 25 yards and if they shot 36 or better, the next test they will be challenged by distance moving to 50 yards, then 100, etc. Not only do players develop, everyone has a blast doing it!

Hole Description
This difficult starting hole makes it tough to hit the fairway. The prevailing wind is usually quartering into or cross. Chet Williams says, “There is no need for bunkers on this hole, it is hard enough as it is.” Agreed.
